Our Company
Varsity Tax Prep is owned and controlled by TK Solutions. Tana started TK Solutions several years ago offering fractional CFO and bookkeeping services to small business owners, especially women owned businesses and digital creatives. Jason became an Enrolled Agent and started working in the business full time – offering tax advice and preparation services that were never offered before. Varsity Tax Prep was born and began offering our unique services to new “tax only” clients nationwide.
About Me
Varsity Tax Prep specializes in tax advice and return preparation in the youth sports industry. Our target market is youth sports teams, coaches, trainers, officials, leagues, facilities, etc.
Jason Kramer is the owner and Enrolled Agent – he is also a long time basketball coach and referee at the youth and high school level, so he brings a unique experience. Youth sports businesses can choose to work with any tax preparer – but I truly understand their business in a way that no one else does because I have been in their shoes. I have been a coach and a ref and run a club team, I have been involved in it for many years and in many ways.
